The Ag Center is located on County Road off Rt. 183 approximately 1 1/2 miles north of the Reading Airport.
Traveling on 222 North, Exit at Bernville/Strausstown Exit. Turn left onto Rt. 183.
to light at West Leesport Road, make a left, through housing development to stop sign, then turn right on County Road. Community Center is on the left approximately 3/4 of a mile and is well identified.
From the Northeast: Route 222 South or 78 West to Route 100 South Exit (Trexlertown) - To second traffic light. Follow sign to Reading 5 miles - at stop sign continue straight ahead (Route 222 South) towards Reading - Exit Reading/Lancaster Exit - Rt. 222. Go approx. 5 miles to Exit marked 183 Reading Airport - Turn right onto Rt. 183 - Follow above directions.
From N.J. Turnpike: To Exit 6 - PA Turnpike - To Exit 298 (Morgantown) thru tolls - Stay Straight to 176 North Connection. 176 to 422 West - to 222 North (Allentown direction) to exit Bernville/Strausstown. Follow Above Direction.
From Harrisburg & West: 22 (78) East to 183 South to light at West Leesport Road - Turn Right or PA Turnpike Exit 286 (Reading) 222 North to 422 Bypass to 222 North to Route 183 North.

NOTICE TO EXHIBITORS
DOGS MAY ARRIVE any time prior to their scheduled time of judging. DOGS NOT REQUIRED for further judging will be excused.
JUDGES WILL NOT WAIT FOR ANY DOG HOLDING UP A CLASS. Owners or agents alone are respon-sible for the presence of their dogs in the judging ring when their classes are called to be judged. The show-giving club and the superintendent have no obligation or responsibility for providing service through a public address system or stewards or runners for the purpose of calling or locating dogs that are not brought into the ring when required.
ALL DOGS PRESENT must be held on leash or confined to their crates except when being judged or when in the exercising ring.
CLASS CASH PRIZES will be paid in the ring to the person showing the dog. Claims for prize money must be made in the ring before the judging of the class is over, and the Superintendent to be advised at once. The Superintendent and Show-giving Club may disclaim any liability for cash prizes after the judging of the class is over.
THE SHOW COMMITTEE/SUPERINTENDENT will use due care and diligence for the welfare of dogs and exhibitors, but will not be responsible for, nor assume any liability in the event of an accident or misfortune to either dogs or exhibitors participating in this show.
EXHIBITORS & SPECTATORS are requested to follow directions from the Grounds Committe for Unloading and Parking of vehicles. PLEASE.
CRATING & GROOMING will be in a Specified Area - Indoor Exercise Pens will be available in the event of inclement weather.
OVERNIGHT PARKING of Motor Homes will be allowed; however, NO hookups are available for electricity, water or sewer.
Effective May 1, 2006 an administrative fee of $2.00 will be withheld from all refunds for entries cancelled prior to the closing of entries.

Effective January 1, 2009 - Refund and Cash award checks are void after 180 days and will NOT be re-issued.

Exhibitors should follow their veterinarians' recommendation to assure their dogs are free of internal and external parasites, any communicable diseases and have appropriate vaccinations.
NOTICE
Please do NOT leave trash or dog excrement on the grounds of our show site. We are in danger of losing our show site because of this problem. Trash cans are provided, PLEASE USE THEM.
NO TURBO DRYERS ALLOWED IN BUILDING.
